Best friends for over 25 years and 4th generation Washingtonians, they balance each other in all the right ways — Ali is the organized, always-on-the-go connector, while Molly is the creative communicator with a background in speech therapy. They built The Court around a belief they’ve seen firsthand: the best connections come from trusted, mutual introductions. It’s how they met their husbands, and it’s the playbook behind everything they built.
