Fueled by their love for connecting people, Ali Deckelbaum & Molly Dresner are 4th generation Washingtonians who co-founded The Court. Ali and Molly’s 25-year friendship embodies the perfect balance of yin & yang. Ali is quick and organized—she is super active and always on the go doing pilates, pickleball or golf. Molly is the messier creative—she enjoys indoor activities such as Mah Jong, getting tattoos, baking and yoga. Ali lives in Bethesda with her husband and three young children and Molly resides in Chevy Chase with her husband and two sons.
Ali has always been a natural matchmaker, successfully linking friends and family members through her extensive involvement in various organizations. She is a relentless force of passion and determination, driven by her deep, soulful belief in the power of love. Her unwavering commitment to bringing people together radiates in every interaction, as she pours her heart into creating meaningful relationships. Molly’s expertise as a speech therapist gives her a unique perspective on communication in relationships, helping others express their wants and needs effectively.
